A conversation about my Instagram somehow became a bigger question about strategy, ambition, manifestation—and the ways we negotiate ourselves down before anyone has even told us no.
I’m learning to think bigger without becoming someone else. Because being reasonable belongs in a budget. It doesn’t have to be on the dream menu.
Comfort zones, leadership, motherhood, running a business, building a nonprofit — and finding the balance between pushing forward and knowing when to rest, ask for help, delegate and let others rise.
Learning to trust the flow of life means letting go of the need to control every detail and staying connected to what truly matters: our values, purpose, our people and the bigger picture. Often, the unexpected becomes part of the journey.
Self care is good! Pamper yourself and accept to be pampered

To find balance in a constantly evolving world is equilibrist act that needs constant readjustments.
