Sunday Reflections: Breathing
Life has been a rollercoaster, but with every challenge comes a way to grow. This reflection is about faith, presence, and remembering that light — and peace — begin with us.
Simply be yourself, as if, it was possible, at least bite into it!

Amid chaos, love and perspective lead the way — and this week, 3 milestones: my husband ran the Berlin Marathon and completed the 6 majors, an article was published and my work Keep on Dancing enters the Coral Gables Museum’s permanent collection.

Happy birthday — I can’t wait to celebrate you in person. Je t’aime always 🪬

After a month away, I returned to Miami on July 1st—and went from jet-lagged couch potato on the 4th of July to dancing queen by Bastille Day. Between battling exhaustion, missing my kids, catching up on art, and celebrating French culture, this summer has been a true whirlwind. Here’s how I’m finding my balance (and my rhythm!) all over again.
